Returns
We hope that you love the products that have been sent to you. However, in the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or if they are not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
We offer exchanges within 10 days of purchase if you have received an incorrect or damaged product. We will not issue refunds for any claims of undelivered items if the claim is made after 45 days of payment. Please let us know by visiting our Contact Us page and sending us a message. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide your order number and details of any issues.
Exchanges are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address.
Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to reach your bank account.
Please Note: We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
Shipping Info
Our products are delivered, Royal Mail delivery service.
Orders should be dispatched within 3 working days when orders are made before 3pm. Delivery costs to the UK are £3.50 (set amount) .This excludes bank holiday’s and weekends, these days are additional. Busy sale periods may take longer.
Please ensure all details are submitted correctly at the check out point. In the event of any incorrect details being submitted, the customer will be held solely responsible for any further charges (re-delivery etc). Delays will occur if incorrect details are submitted.
